| Description: | Location: Bristol (other locations may be considered) This exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual with renewable energy or infrastructure experience within the oil and gas sector. Our client is an award-winning environmental consultancy that delivers solutions to major organisations around the world. Knowledge of international standards for permitting and EIAs for oil and gas infrastructure projects is essential, whilst knowledge of the renewable energy sector, in particular wind farms and hydro electric schemes would be advantageous. You should also possess an understanding of the equator principles and IFI requirements for major development projects as well as the mitigation and management of key environmental and/or social issues. Your experience will have included: managing complex ESIAs with multiple contributors, scoping and managing local expert studies, conducting environmental and/or social due diligence audits for lenders, and the preparation, delivery and auditing of environmental and/or social management plans for the construction and operation phases of projects.
