Description:	Nationwide Our client, an independent renewable energy company that combines managerial expertise, technical capability and Wind Business knowledge to provide a wide range of Wind Energy Services is actively recruiting to find an Installation Manager. The successful candidate must have: - Extensive Wind Farms installation experience in UK. - Experience installing turbines of at least 2 different turbine manufacturers. - Experience managing a group of 10 technicians, mechanical and electrical, minimum for the last 2 years. - Full knowledge of tools used on wind turbine installation. - Experience selecting new technicians, identifying their capabilities and skills. - Experience of providing training to new technicians. - Experience of managing documentation of Health and Safety (Risk Assessments, Method Statements, etc) and Quality Control. - Experience in Cost Control and Budget definition. - Computer skills and experience maintaining all records related to undertaken works. - Full availability to travel extensively within UK and abroad.
